We are looking for a Middleware Consultant, an IT professional with experience in software solution development and integration, systems architecture, and technological project management.

We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, autonomy, and communication skills, who can thrive in dynamic environments, tackle complex situations, and properly manage differences or conflicts with technical and business teams.

Main responsibilities

• Participation in the development, integration, and maintenance of software solutions, considering industry standards and best practices.
• Analysis of requirements and participation in the definition of technical and architectural solutions.
• Participation in technological projects, performing activity tracking, coordination, and support in achieving objectives.
• Design, implementation, and/or review of Middleware integrations and components.
• Participation in software testing processes, validation of solutions, and incident resolution.
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems, identifying causes and proposing solutions.
• Participation in the definition and evaluation of systems architectures, considering integration, scalability, availability, and security.
• Coordination and collaborative work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Communication of progress, risks, incidents, and situations that may affect project development.
• Proper handling of complex situations and conflict resolution, promoting agreements and collaborative working relationships.
• Technical documentation and support in the generation of procedures, designs, and definitions associated with the solutions.

Requirements

• Professional training in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Software Development.
• Experience in Middleware, systems integration, and/or integration platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge in Software Testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Systems Architecture.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose solutions.
• Intermediate/advanced English, with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with international teams.
• Communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with different teams.
• Ability to handle pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and approach complex scenarios professionally.
• Autonomy, analytical capacity, and results orientation.
