Course Consultant (Sales officer)

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow‑up leads from online channels, consult potential customers sourced from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook communities, identify real learning demands and complete customer information filing.
2. Target Chinese‑Indonesian families and international student groups, introduce course products, pricing and service advantages, build customer trust and hit personal sales targets.
3. Cooperate with marketing team for offline events, provide on‑site consultation for campus presentations and community trial classes, collect potential leads and improve local brand acquisition efficiency.
4. Manage full‑cycle customer service: conduct requirement assessment, arrange trial classes, push for deal closure and payment; maintain post‑sign‑up relationships, drive course renewal and referrals for customer retention.
5. Update customer status timely, communicate with China Headquarters in English, review consultation & conversion data regularly, optimize sales scripts to improve closing rate.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major
2. Age: 23‑30 years old
3. Basic English communication skills for business coordination with China Headquarters
4. Minimum 1‑year working experience as course consultant, homeroom teacher or learning manager in education industry is preferred
5. Strong responsibility and empathy, excellent cross‑cultural communication skill, solid service awareness and sales‑driven mindset
