Sous Chef

The job will consist of:

• Helping in the food preparation process.
• Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
• Helping other Chefs.
• Maintaining a clean working area.
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Helping with stock rotation.
• Contributing to keeping kitchen and food safety standards.

Job Requirement

Specialising in: Chinese Cuisine Cooking Minimum Experience Required (Years): 5 Years of Sous Chef Languages: English A2-Elementary, Chinese B1-Intermediate Minimum Qualification: Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) Ability Skills: Catering, Creativity
