Role Summary As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant leading lead both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams, drive outlet sales and profitability, manage manpower planning, and ensure excellent customer service standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Headquarter (HQ) management team to deliver a consistent dining experience while maintaining Tian Tian's reputation as one of Singapore's most iconic food brands. Key Responsibilities ·        Manage overall operations and performance of the restaurant leading both FOH and BOH teams ·        Achieve sales targets and control operating costs ·        Monitor outlet profitability and labour productivity ·        Plan manpower requirements, recruitment and staff retention ·        Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations ·        Build strong relationships with regular customers and diners ·        Handle all customer complaints and service recovery situations ·        Review outlet performance and implement improvement plans ·        Foster a collaborative, high-energy working culture that bridges generational gaps between veteran employees, younger service staffs and part-timers. ·        Training & SOP Standardization: Design, update, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the service team. Conduct onboarding for new hires, focusing on customer service, and allergen safety awareness ·        Service Recovery: Step in immediately to handle floor escalations to resolve complex diner issues regarding seating disputes, service speed, or bill discrepancies calmly and professionally ·        Oversee full compliance with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), NEA hygiene grading frameworks, food safety regulations, pest control schedules, and outlet cleanliness ·        Ensure all staff maintain immaculate personal grooming standards in line with brand image Requirements ·        Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline ·        At least 5 years of restaurant management experience ·        Confident leading shifts and managing front‑of‑house operations  ·        Strong leadership and people management skills ·        Familiar with restaurant P&L sheets, managing sales, operating costs, budgeting, and manpower planning & scheduling ·        Experience in airports, hotels, established restaurant brands, or high-volume queuing outlets ·        Food Safety Level 3 certification will be advantageous Salary & Benefits   ·        Transport allowance  ·        Uniform provided   ·        Insurance and Medical Benefits  ·        Staff meals
