Restaurant Supervisor (F&B Operations), Chicken Rice / Jewel / Full Time

- Gross Salary Range: SGD 3,300 to 4,000

Role Summary
Asa Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead the team during your assigned shift and ensure smooth daily operations. You will supervise staff deployment, manage customer service issues, oversee cash handling procedures, and maintain service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant team during daily shifts
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Perform and manage daily opening / closing duties and checklists
- Conduct point-of-sale (POS) reconciliation, cash handling, discount authorizations (e.g., mall vouchers, tourist privileges, airport staff discounts)
- Coordinate between service crew (FOH) and kitchen (BOH) teams
- Floor & Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with the Kitchen on order sequencing, actively monitor food delivery pacing and all food served unto the table.
- Deploy part-time and full-time staffs effectively to minimize bottlenecks during peak periods
- Handle customer issues and complaints professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety practices
- Ensure smooth daily operations and minimise service delays
Requirements
- Min 3 years of F&B supervisory experiences
- Experience in restaurants, hotels or high-volume dining outlets
- Food Safety Level 1 certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with POS and daily operational procedures
