Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary Supervise site operations, ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards to meet project schedules and specifications Responsibilities  Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health practices. Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate instructions to the team Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards Collaborate with site operations staff to align work progress with schedules and deadlines Verify that installations comply with construction drawings and technical specifications Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable standards  Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements A minimum of 5 years of relevant practical construction work experience
