Job Summary Lead and manage on-site construction operations to ensure timely progress, quality standards, and efficient resource deployment while supervising workers and subcontractors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise workers and subcontractors to execute on-site construction tasks effectively Coordinate manpower and resource scheduling to optimize daily operations and meet project timelines Record and analyze daily manpower deployment and productivity to support operational decisions Monitor construction progress and enforce quality standards to achieve targeted schedules Address and resolve site issues through proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project success Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
