Your tasks

• You are the contact person for specialist questions (budget, FC) for the IT production departments as well as for our business with a view to the charging of IT services
• You actively help shape the continuous further development of our service-oriented IT and support the optimization of our holistic management concept from a controlling perspective
• You assist others, especially our international internal customers, with specialist questions (budget, billing)
• You independently support sub-areas of budget planning and intra-year forecasting
• You are responsible for the creation and improvement of monthly, quarterly, and annual standard reports by the team
• You also enjoy ad hoc research in national and international environments
• You participate in the preparation of the IT monthly closing, as a basis for the reliable charging of IT services to our customers

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in business administration or a completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification
• You possess initial experience in controlling, ideally in an IT-related environment
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerBI
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP FI/CO/COPA and have knowledge of cost accounting and accounting (IFRS)
• Knowledge of handling databases (MS SQL) is an advantage
• Experience with the Technology Business Management methodology is a plus
• You enjoy working in a team, possess good analytical skills, and enjoy learning
• You are a communication talent and can get enthusiastic about continuous optimization
• Very good English skills round off your profile
