Job Summary You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and common areas by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, disposing of waste properly, and following food safety and workplace safety procedures in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitary conditions Clean floors, tables, and restaurant areas to maintain a welcoming environment Dispose of rubbish and waste properly to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of toilets and common areas as assigned Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures to ensure a safe environment Assist with general cleaning duties assigned by the Manager to support daily operations Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining cleaning standards Required competencies and certifications Physically fit to perform cleaning duties safely and effectively Able to work weekends and Public Holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications No prior experience required; training will be provided
