Graphics secretary
Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, edit, and manage professional documents using Microsoft Word.
Design flyers, banners, posters, business cards, social media graphics, and other promotional materials using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
Create and edit company presentations, reports, letters, proposals, and official correspondence.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records and documents.
Handle typing, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and general office administration.
Assist with email correspondence and preparation of official communications.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Make necessary corrections and modifications to graphics and documents as requested.
Ensure all documents and designs are accurate, professional, and properly formatted.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Assist with social media content and visual materials when required.
Perform other administrative and design-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Administration, Office Technology and Management, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Relevant professional training or certification in Graphic Design or Office Administration is an added advantage. Microsoft Word: advanced document formatting and professional document preparation.
CorelDRAW: graphic design, layout, branding materials, and print designs.
Adobe Photoshop: photo editing, image manipulation, creative designs, and visual content creation.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of social media design and digital content creation is desirable. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in secretarial, administrative, graphic design, or a similar role.
Candidates with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may be considered even with limited experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
