Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cheltenham .

We’re looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and want the opportunity to work across a variety of settings.

Whether you’re looking for a few flexible days each week, regular term-time work or something longer-term , we can work around what suits you.

What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork
• Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential
