Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds . We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and would like more flexibility around when and where they work. Whether you're looking for a couple of days each week, regular term-time work or a longer-term placement , we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting A genuine passion for working with young children A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach Confidence supporting children's learning, development and play Good communication and teamwork Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential Why work with Thrive?
