Early Years Practitioners – Stroud

Stroud & Surrounding Areas No Early Years Qualification Required Flexible, Term-Time & Long-Term Opportunities £14.24 per hour

Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we work with across Stroud and the surrounding areas .

You don't need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to apply.

What we're looking for is people who already have experience working with children and would like the opportunity to use that experience within nursery and pre-school settings.

Your experience doesn't necessarily have to come from a nursery. If you've supported children within a school, club, coaching environment or another professional setting, we'd still love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working with children
• A genuine interest in working within Early Years
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence interacting and engaging with young children
• Someone who is reliable and happy to get stuck in
• Good communication and teamwork
• Nursery or pre-school experience is a bonus, but not essential

Your experience could include:

• Nurseries or pre-schools
• Primary schools
• Teaching Assistant work
• Breakfast or after-school clubs
• Holiday clubs
• Sports coaching
• SEN support
• Youth work
• Other professional experience supporting children
