Love working with children but don’t have a formal childcare qualification? That doesn’t mean Early Years isn’t for you!
Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to support some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we work with across Gloucester .
You don’t need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, but you do need previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them learn, play and develop.
Your experience could include:
- Previous work within a nursery or pre-school
- Teaching Assistant or school experience
- After-school or breakfast clubs
- Holiday clubs
- Sports coaching
- SEN support
- Youth work
- Other professional experience supporting children
What are we looking for? More than anything, we want people who are reliable, caring and enthusiastic .
You’ll need to be confident interacting with children, getting involved in activities and play, supporting the existing nursery team and helping to create a positive environment for the children.
We’re looking for people who are happy to get stuck in from day one!
