- Candidate shall be in senior management position for at least 10 years, overseeing the operation of the company, especially in the following areas: finance and accounting, administration and logistics. 2. Candidate shall oversee the operation of the overseas branches, representative offices, and subsidiaries in the Asia and Oceania region, except Japan and China. 3. Familiarity of chemical industry, especially in the industrial adhesives. 4. Ability to speak or write Japanese is an advantage. 5. Report to Board of Directors and Japan Headquarters. 6. Preferred qualification: Bachelor degree or relevant work experience and track record
