Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

The position is based in Ioannina and indicative duties of the position are:

• Customer service and direct response to their requests.
• Order entry and issuance of shipments according to order readiness.
• Monitoring all stages of the order from entry to delivery to the customer.
• Issuing reports and updating customers regarding stock and order readiness.
• Support/back-office for Sales.
• Complaint management and problem solving.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education graduates.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of MS OFFICE, with particular emphasis on very good knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Very good knowledge of English language (oral and written).
• Customer focus.
• Ability for effective communication and teamwork.
• Organizational skills, goal-oriented.
