HR Department Manager (Based in Mahasarakham Factory)

Your tasks

1. Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation
2. Prepare OT wages, benefits, and personnel data
3. Execute action plans according to customer requirements
4. Manage migrant worker documentation (MOU, VISA, Work Permit)
5. Coordinate with agencies and government agencies such as Employment Office/Immigration/Hospitals
6. Handle grievances, discipline, and labor relations activities
7. Ensure compliance with all labor laws

Requirements

1. Age 35–45 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher
3. At least 5–7 years of HR experience
4. Experience managing Myanmar workers will be specially considered
5. Knowledge of Thai labor law and migrant worker law
6. Able to communicate in English
7. Able to communicate in Burmese or manage interpreters effectively
