Senior Planning Center Officer

Your tasks

1. Prepare, monitor, and manage production planning data such as WIP, Order Status, Capacity, Fill Rate, and delivery plans to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Verify and control data accuracy, including updating OEM information and production capacity, to ensure data is complete and up-to-date.
3. Analyze order data and production capacity to support planning, decision-making, and efficient resource utilization.
4. Monitor production and delivery status to ensure compliance with plans and customer requirements.
5. Coordinate with customers, factories, and various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
6. Prepare information for customer meetings, while supporting the creation of Action Plans and monitoring performance results.
7. Update and manage data in customer systems accurately, completely, and on schedule.
8. Monitor, analyze, and alert regarding risk issues that may impact production or delivery, while proposing proactive solutions and preventive measures.
9. Prepare summary reports and related information to support monitoring and management decision-making.
10. Participate in developing and improving work processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or related fields.
3. Possess skills in data analysis, planning, and systematic problem-solving.
4. Experience in coordinating with customers, factories, or related departments.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
6. High attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Formula, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
8. Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
9. Experience in Textile / Garment / OEM Manufacturing businesses will be given special consideration.
10. Analytical thinking, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.
