QA Supervisor (Myanmar Based)

Your tasks

1. Manage and control the Quality Management System throughout the entire production process
2. Define, control, and monitor quality KPIs
3. Oversee and develop QA / QC processes to comply with customer standards
4. Analyze quality problems and determine Corrective & Preventive Action
5. Control quality from Incoming, In-process, to Final Inspection
6. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and related departments
7. Oversee quality inspections from external agencies (Third Party Audit)
8. Act as the Quality Management Representative
9. Manage the QA/QC team and develop team potential

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
2. Experience in QA/QC within an industrial factory (Textile experience will be specially considered)
3. Experience in a supervisory or team management position
4. Knowledge of Quality System, Audit, and customer standards
5. Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
6. Good English communication skills
7. Able to work based in Myanmar
