Order Management Officer

Your tasks

1. Verify and confirm adidas customer orders through relevant systems.
2. Manage order change requests, such as order cancellations, quantity adjustments, and changes to delivery schedules.
3. Verify and update order information in both customer systems and internal company systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
4. Track and resolve data errors to ensure production planning and delivery remain on schedule.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Purchasing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Experience in Merchandising, Order Management, Production Planning, or Supply Chain will be given special consideration.
3. Ability to use English for reading, writing, and communication for work purposes.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with strong data management skills.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
