HR Manager (Based at Titan Sportswear Co., Ltd., Khon Kaen)

Your tasks

1. Plan and define HR strategies in alignment with the organization's business goals.
2. Manage the entire human resources management system.
3. Oversee and develop the labor relations system to build good relationships between the company and employees, including managing complaints, disputes, and various labor issues.
4. Provide consultation to executives and supervisors regarding labor law, people management, and employee problem management.
5. Supervise and ensure that HR operations comply with labor laws, customer requirements, international standards, and company policies.
6. Promote Employee Engagement activities, corporate culture, and internal communication.
7. Analyze HR Metrics data and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
8. Manage the HR team to operate efficiently and achieve organizational goals.
9. Coordinate with government agencies, customers, auditors, and relevant external organizations.
10. Be responsible for special projects or other missions as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or related fields.
2. At least 8-10 years of experience in HR and at least 5 years of experience in team management.
3. Excellent knowledge of labor law and labor relations.
4. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.
5. Good negotiation, conflict management, and communication skills.
6. Leadership qualities with the ability to perform strategic planning and change management.
7. Good English communication skills.
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
