Assistant Planning Center Division Chief

Your tasks

1. Manage and control order allocation to align with production capacity and customer demand.
2. Plan and manage Capacity Planning to optimize resource utilization across the factory group.
3. Monitor, analyze, and manage order status, including product delivery, to prevent and mitigate delivery risks.
4. Coordinate and communicate information with customers, factories, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Define production priorities and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
6. Analyze Forecast, Capacity, and Performance data to support business decision-making.
7. Develop and continuously improve planning processes for efficiency and standardization.
8. Prepare reports and present key information to executives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain within the garment industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. Knowledge of Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
4. Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or MRP systems.
5. Good English communication skills.
6. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate across departments and work effectively under pressure.
7. Result-oriented with a commitment to continuous process development and improvement.
