The role... Our Personal Injury Lawyers within the Civil Assaults team manage their own diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including fast track and intermediate track value cases whilst being under the relevant supervision.

The role will involve comprehensive case management, which requires sound theoretical knowledge, impeccable judgement, and the ability to see cases through from start to finish.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals within our Civil Assaults team, further your experience and expand your knowledge of personal injury law. You’ll be a vital team member, contributing significantly to the achievements of the team objectives as well as client satisfaction.

Who we are looking for....

We are looking for qualified lawyers who can demonstrate experience in handling fast track personal injury claims, including familiarity with the litigation process. (Ideally 0 – 2 years PQE).

Along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines, we are keen to hear from lawyers with previous experience in using electronic case management systems. As role involves direct client interaction. an understanding and empathic approach and a passion for client care is key.
