In order to support our strong development in France as well as internationally, we are looking for women and men who wish to join a dynamic group where potential can be expressed and evolve.
Within the Direction Offre France, you will report to the Directrice de l'Offre Bijoux and work on all the brands present in France: Histoire d'Or, Marc Orian, Trésor.
You manage a team of Chefs de produits / Category Managers.
You collaborate with all departments (Commerce, Achats, Approvisionnements, Marketing).
Your missions:
Definition of your department's strategy:
- You define the strategy for your product ranges across all brands in an omnichannel manner to prepare for tomorrow's challenges.
- You define the roadmap for new products: product marketing mix, price positioning, budget.
- You involve the different departments and your team in the 360° implementation of this strategy and ensure the consistency of the actions implemented as well as the monitoring of their performance.
Steering the P&L of your department
- You participate in writing the margin and turnover budget for all categories for which you are responsible.
- You organize your department's activity to guarantee the achievement of turnover, margin, and stock objectives for your categories.
- You define performance monitoring indicators and ensure their reporting.
Management of your department's activity
- You manage a team of 6 people.
- You define the collection purchasing budgets and ensure the measurement of performance.
- You supervise your teams throughout the entire product development process for new jewelry in connection with the buyers.
- With the help of your team, you build and manage assortments by store group, ensuring that all market needs and trends are covered while optimizing stock rotation and profitability.
- You define and implement actions to optimize stocks in your categories.
- You define the pricing policy and steer margins.
EDUCATION:
You have a higher education background, such as a BAC+5 from a Business School or University.
EXPERIENCE:
You have 8-10 years of professional experience in the retail sector in category management / group manager roles, in which you master the various steering levers. Proven experience in team management is required.
