Human Resources Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing employee KPIs, including defining Key Performance Indicators, setting performance targets, and monitoring and evaluating KPI achievements.
• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Experienced in HR operations and personnel administration, including employee data management, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing, reporting, and HR analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and accountable.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the beauty, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or startup industry.
• Familiarity with performance management, employee engagement, and people development.
• Ability to prepare HR reports and analyze people-related data to support business decisions.
