Fundraising & Supporter Care Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Fundraising & Supporter Care Coordinator to join a wonderful UK charity to provide administrative, operational and supporter care support across a range of fundraising activities. Hybrid working with minimum 2 days a week in Rugby. This is a small passionate charity who offer fully supported breaks for children and adults with disabilities or complex needs, creating safe, inclusive experiences grounded in compassion and community. The role

Provide day-to-day administrative support across all fundraising income streams. Process donations, sponsorship income and fundraising proceeds accurately and efficiently. Act as a key contact for community fundraisers and supporters and groups. Support the planning, coordination and administration of fundraising events. Provide administrative support for lottery activities.

The candidate

• Experience in an administrative, fundraising, supporter care or customer-facing role.
• Experience maintaining databases and records accurately.
• Experience producing written communications and correspondence.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
