Events & Marketing Executive – Brand Activation

THINKADS PTE. LTD.Singaporemycareersfuturepublished 09/25/2026

Role Overview

Love marketing but don’t want to spend your whole day behind a screen? At Thinkads, we create campaigns that people can see, touch, experience and participate in — from brand activations and pop-ups to retail experiences, roadshows and events. We’re looking for an Events & Marketing Executive who enjoys both the creative and hands-on sides of marketing. You’ll work with our Client Servicing, Creative and Production teams to turn ideas into real-world brand experiences — from the first brief and brainstorm all the way to launch day. One week you might be coordinating a mall activation. The next could involve sourcing an interesting venue, planning a consumer experience, working with production partners or helping bring an event LIVE. No two projects are quite the same.

What You’ll Be Doing Marketing & Campaign Planning Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations. Understand campaign objectives, target audiences and client requirements. Research consumer trends, venues, activation opportunities and interesting ideas. Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for campaigns. Assist with proposals, presentations and campaign plans. Help turn marketing ideas into practical activation plans. Events & Brand Activation Coordinate pop-ups, roadshows, retail activations, launches and experiential events. Support projects from planning through production and onsite execution. Coordinate venues, logistics, manpower, giveaways and event requirements. Conduct site visits and pre-event checks when required. Support setup, event days and teardown. Help troubleshoot onsite situations and keep things moving. Client & Team Coordination Communicate with clients on project requirements, updates and approvals. Prepare meeting recaps, timelines and action lists. Coordinate closely with Creative, Production and Project Management teams. Ensure important information and changes are communicated clearly to everyone involved. Follow up proactively on outstanding items. Vendor & Production Coordination Source venues, suppliers, event partners and production vendors. Request and compare quotations. Coordinate with printers, fabricators, contractors, logistics teams and manpower partners. Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines. Check that final output meets agreed brand and project requirements. We’re Looking For Someone Who… Has a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline. Has around 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, events, brand activation, retail marketing, account servicing or project coordination. Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant hands-on experience are welcome. Communicates confidently and clearly. Is organised and comfortable handling several things at once. Has good attention to detail. Is resourceful and willing to find solutions. Takes initiative rather than waiting for every instruction. Is comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers and different internal teams. Is willing to work onsite and occasionally outside regular hours when an activation or event requires it.

Agency experience is welcome, but not compulsory. You’ll Probably Enjoy This Job If… You’re someone who gets excited seeing:

Brief → Idea → Creative → Production → LIVE 🎉 You enjoy marketing, but you also like getting out there and making things happen. You’re naturally curious. If a venue hasn’t replied, you’ll follow up. If something isn’t clear, you’ll ask. If there’s a problem, you’ll try to find a solution rather than simply report that there’s a problem. And when the event finally opens, you’re probably the person standing there thinking: “Wah. We actually made this.” 😂 What You’ll Get Exposure To This role gives you hands-on experience across: Marketing × Events × Brand Activation × Experiential × Creative × Production × Client Servicing You’ll work on different brands and projects rather than being limited to one product or marketing function. As you develop, you can progress towards Senior Executive, Project Manager or Account Manager, depending on your strengths and career direction.

What Matters to Us We’re not looking only for the perfect CV. We’re looking for someone with ownership, curiosity, responsiveness and follow-through. Skills can be developed. Processes can be taught. But if you’re naturally someone who thinks: “What’s next, and what do I need to do to get this moving?” …you’ll probably fit in pretty well here.
