Accounts Assistant

Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days Job Scope Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate record of financial data Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and payment processing Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and support audit requirements Liase with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing queries and discrepancies Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment Knowledge of GST compliance and Singapore accounting standards is advantageous
