Tender Manager (m/f/d), Nürnberg

Introduction

We are looking for you to join our Tender Management department as a team member at our Nürnberg location as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as a Tender Manager (m/f/d) for the Public Sector area. The activity can also be carried out in our branches in Hamburg, Leipzig, Münster, Bochum, Mainz, or Berlin.

Your Activities

• independent processing of tender situations, from bid preparation to contract negotiation
• project management within the scope of the bidding process
• creation, review, and optimization of offers in cooperation with internal specialist departments
• maintenance and expansion of contacts with customers, partners, and suppliers during the tender process
• monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality standards during the tender phase
• support in the selection of solution scenarios
• review of specifications and configurations
• cooperation with manufacturers/service partners (e.g., Microsoft, Lenovo, and HP)
• creation/preparation of calculations
• ensuring the formal and timely submission of offers
• follow-up of offers and tenders

Your Profile

• completed vocational training or a degree with a commercial or technical focus or a comparable qualification
• several years of experience in Tender Management
• strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• pronounced customer orientation and communication strength
• commitment and willingness to perform
• diligence and reliability
• enjoyment of working in a team and with external partners
• basic knowledge of English
