Mobile After-Sales Service Technician M/F

The position of Mobile After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) within THIMONNIER is a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers on an international scale. As a member of our dedicated after-sales service team, you will be required to travel regularly to intervene on industrial equipment, analyze breakdowns, and propose suitable solutions in real time. Your missions will consist of diagnosing malfunctions, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring the technical follow-up of installations at our customers' sites. You will also be responsible for training local teams in maintenance best practices and providing recommendations to optimize equipment performance. This position requires great autonomy, the ability to solve complex problems under pressure, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with multicultural interlocutors. You will be in permanent contact with internal teams (technicians, engineers, logistics) to coordinate interventions and guarantee a reactive service. Travel, often internationally, is an integral part of this role, offering an enriching experience and opportunities for professional development abroad. We are looking for a Mobile After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) with solid technical training, preferably a BTS, DUT, or BUT in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field, complemented by 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment.

Your profile must combine deep technical expertise with great adaptability, as you will evolve in varied environments and face diversified technical challenges. Proficiency in English is indispensable, both written and spoken, to exchange with our international customers and colleagues. You must also demonstrate an excellent analytical capacity to quickly identify the causes of breakdowns and propose effective solutions. Your sense of organization and rigor will be major assets for managing several interventions in parallel while respecting deadlines. Versatility and technical curiosity are essential qualities, as you will be required to work on equipment of various technologies. Finally, your ability to work in a team and communicate clearly, both with customers and internal teams, will be decisive for the success of your missions.
