With over 100 employees, ThermoTEC Weilburg GmbH & Co. KG is a modern, future-oriented, and value-driven family business. For 35 years, we have specialized in the sales and service of environmental simulation systems in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as in Eastern Europe. Due to their outstanding properties and innovative technology, our testing solutions are used in numerous industrial applications, ranging from temperature and climate test chambers and walk-in climate chambers to battery test systems.
To support our team, we are looking for a
REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER (F/M/D)
at the earliest possible date.
What to expect:
- Responsibility and management of our regional service department
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as training and development of staff within your area of responsibility
- Analysis and optimization of processes in the service area
- Responsibility for effective deployment and resource planning in your region
- Evaluation and control of KPIs
- Cooperation with other business areas and close coordination with the management team
What you bring to the role:
- Completed technical or commercial training or a degree
- Several years of professional experience
- Strong customer orientation and leadership competence
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- An independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Proficient use of MS-Office and good English skills
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
