MARKETING MANAGER (f/m/d)

at the earliest possible date.

What to expect:

• Strategic Marketing: Participation in the further development and implementation of our marketing strategy
• Content & Communication: Creation of target-group-oriented content for the website, Social Media, newsletters, and sales documents
• Website & Online-Marketing: Further development of our website as well as planning and optimization of digital campaigns
• Social Media: Planning and implementation of relevant content to strengthen reach and brand awareness
• Brand & Design: Further development of our brand as well as design of high-quality marketing and communication materials
• Trade Fairs & Events: Planning, organization, and communicative support for trade fairs and events
• Agencies & Service Providers: Coordination of external partners such as agencies, photographers, and printing companies
• AI & Personnel Marketing: Use of modern AI tools in marketing as well as support for Employer Branding

What you bring to the role:

• Completed training or studies in the field of marketing or media
• Professional experience with expertise in the field of Online-Marketing, ideally from the B2B sector
• Enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
• Confident handling of MS-Office and good English skills
• Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
