Regionally rooted, represented worldwide – thermofin GmbH is an established, internationally active company. With over 600 employees at the Heinsdorfergrund location, we manufacture heat exchangers for refrigeration and air conditioning technology as well as industrial cooling.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an Employee (m/f/d) Order Coordination and Material Management.

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the warehouse management area
• Ensuring material availability under optimal economic aspects
• Optimization of inventory levels
• Design, planning, and optimization of processes within logistics
• Planning and optimization of transport and storage technology
• Identification of improvement potential in existing warehouse, fulfillment, purchasing, and logistics processes
• Planning and organization of internal cross-location orders
• Control, monitoring, and optimization of material flows

Profile:

• Completed business or technical vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of procurement/material management
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High degree of customer orientation, team spirit, and assertiveness
• High degree of initiative, determination, flexibility, and goal orientation
• Business fluent English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of SAP in the area of MM / WM
