Under the responsibility of the R&D Manager, you have the technical responsibility for its projects, from the consultation phase to the delivery of prototypes or products. - Organizes and has tests performed while respecting technical recommendations and safety requirements
- Maintains a network of laboratories and subcontractors capable of performing "special" processes and specific tests
- Ensures the training of technicians and apprentice engineers
Profile sought: You have an engineering degree or equivalent with 4 to 6 years of industrial experience, including a significant portion spent in development
- Mastery of IT tools, notably Excel (pivot tables, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good technical knowledge in mechanics, thermal, thermometry
- Fluent English is imperative
- Strong technical skills combined with leadership and management qualities
