Industrial Production Director (M/F)

Reporting to the Plant Management, the Production Director is responsible for the overall performance of the autonomous production units (approximately 100 people), while respecting quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Define, steer, and optimize the industrial strategy in connection with the plant management. Manage production teams (UAP Managers, technicians, operators) with a constant focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Guarantee compliance with quality and regulatory requirements specific to our sectors (aeronautics, nuclear, defense, etc.). Implement projects for flow optimization, lean manufacturing, and process digitalization. Collaborate closely with other departments (BE, methods, supply chain, quality, HSE) to ensure smooth production aligned with customer objectives. Monitor industrial performance indicators (KPI) and implement appropriate action plans. Participate in the strategic industrial development reflections of the site within the group.

Profile sought Higher education in engineering or industrial management (engineering school or equivalent). Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a production management role within a demanding industrial environment. Knowledge of regulated sectors (nuclear, space, defense, aeronautics) strongly appreciated. Skills in lean management, change management, and continuous improvement. Leadership, field presence, excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. Professional English required (exchanges with the international group).
