Management Controller

You will take charge of controlling operational activities, the financial steering of projects or activities, and ensure the accuracy and availability of performance indicators and KPIs for the Thermocoax scope, across all profit and cost centers. He/she identifies variances and corrective action plans to meet defined strategic objectives and budgetary commitments. He/she ensures the relevance of the analytical structure in place to allow monitoring of the company's activity, performs its analysis, and supports the corrective and preventive actions to be implemented by operational managers. Significant activities:

• Improve performance: measure, anticipate variances, define corrective actions. Control their implementation and measure their effects.
• Ensure monitoring and improvement actions: commercial quotations, cost price/selling price per product/customer/market/entity in connection with other stakeholders (sales/production/logistics/purchasing/group).
• Guarantee the accuracy of industrial productivity information "production costs" (materials and labor, in quantity and valuation). Monitoring of headcount, allocated time, and efficiencies.
• Review master data - stocks/weighted average costs/production costs/subcontracting/components
• Ensure the supervision and updating of standard costs. Margin analysis (actuals vs standard)
• Control the accuracy of declarations and stock movements, by nature and status. Analyze rotations and calculate obsolescence provisions.
• Calculate price indices.
• Reporting of economic components and data relating to the company's performance.
• Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI), implement new indicators in support of the company's strategic axes.
• Manage investment budgets, preparation of ROI
• Ensure the management of the analytical structure useful for steering the performance of Thermocoax entities
• Guarantee the availability and integrity of management control data
• Deploy and optimize databases, software, business intelligence tools
• Control the completeness and updated status of declaratory elements and produced data
• Contribute to any study or identification of opportunities contributing to the optimization of the means and resources mobilized by the company to ensure profitability and operational and economic performance of the entities within the scope within the Spirax Group
• Produce any study at the request of Management relating to the improvement of profitability and the operational and economic performance of the entities within the scope

Profile sought: Holder of a Master's in Accounting-Control-Audit (CCA)/ Master 2 specialties in management control/ DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) / DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) OR Double training in technical and management fields You have experience in management control and financial management (at least 3 years)

• Excellent mastery of MS Office tools: notably Spreadsheets and Databases, and SQL extractions (ERP interface)
