In this position, you are a central point of contact for quality issues in production. You will work closely with production, engineering, and other specialist departments and ensure that regulatory requirements as well as our high quality standards are consistently met. Your tasks
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and quality requirements together with production and engineering
- Advising specialist departments on quality-relevant questions
- Reviewing and approving batch and cleaning documentation as well as other GMP-relevant documents
- Planning and conducting GMP training as well as promoting quality awareness at the site
- Participating in internal and external audits as well as in equipment qualifications and process validations and supporting the creation of quality-relevant reports.
- Supporting the processing of deviations, CAPAs, and technical change requests
- Participating in the continuous improvement of our quality management system
Your qualifications
- Completed chemical training (apprenticeship, HTL, or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, or R&D
- Strong quality awareness as well as structured process thinking
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, communicative, and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
