Balneology Receptionist, Receptionist in hotels and other accommodation facilities

Work in a pleasant environment of hotel balneology operations We are looking for a man or a woman for the position of Balneology Receptionist, who will ensure the smooth running of the reception, organization of procedures, and pleasant care for our guests. If you are communicative, meticulous, have good organizational skills, and enjoy working with people, we will be happy to welcome you to our team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION?

• scheduling treatment procedures according to the doctor's prescription
• organization and coordination of the procedure schedule
• providing information to guests about procedures and services
• sale of non-prescription procedures
• sale of supplementary services and products
• administrative work associated with the operation of balneology services
• processing statistics and maintaining relevant records
• cooperation with individual balneology departments
• if necessary, short-term substitution for a lifeguard at the wellness area after completing the relevant training
• care for the assigned workplace and adherence to established work procedures

APPLY TO US IF:

• you have secondary education
• you can communicate in Aj, Nj (knowledge of Rj is an advantage)
• you have a pleasant and professional appearance, good communication and organizational skills
• you are independent, meticulous, and have a responsible approach
• you have user knowledge of working on a PC
• you are time-flexible
• experience working at a reception, in a hotel, or in spa or wellness operations is an advantage
• you have experience with a reservation or hotel system

We are happy to offer you:

• Main employment relationship for full-time and indefinite period.
• Work with irregularly scheduled working hours in a pleasant environment of hotel balneology operations.
• We offer an initial gross basic salary component of 31,500 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory supplements. After the probationary period, you will receive a personal evaluation of up to 2,000 Kč per month. We also pay motivational rewards, extraordinary bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the probationary period, you will earn around 32,000 Kč net. Every year, we further increase wages in accordance with the collective agreement.
• After the probationary period, you are also entitled to benefits: a contribution to old-age savings (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per meal, the possibility of accommodation and use of spa procedures at discounted employee prices in the hotel limited to an amount of 12,000 Kč per year, free entry to Saunia Thermal Resort with a thermal water pool limited to an amount of 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee prices (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary), an educational program (foreign languages, increasing qualifications, expanding knowledge, work support), discounted entry to selected cultural, social, and sporting events, the possibility of parking in hotel garages at discounted prices.
