Event Coordinator

Become part of the team behind successful conferences and social events. Do you enjoy organizing events, communicating with clients, and keeping things under control from the first email to the last detail of the realized event? Can you handle situations where a quick reaction is needed while maintaining a professional approach? We are looking for a Senior Event Coordinator for our team, who will take responsibility for the coordination of conferences, social, and corporate events.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• at least a high school education
• experience in the same or a similar position, ideally in hotel operations
• excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
• organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• independence, meticulousness, and a responsible approach
• time flexibility
• basic orientation in the technical requirements of conference spaces
• communicative knowledge of English
• the ability to independently resolve unexpected situations and follow tasks through to completion
