For our headquarters in Neuenstadt near Heilbronn, we are looking for immediate support as a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) Construction Purchasing

Your tasks:

• strategic purchasing of assigned product areas on national and international procurement markets
• active observation of purchasing and raw material markets
• execution of tender projects / project purchasing including tracking and documentation
• active negotiation under economic and legally compliant aspects
• close communication and relationship management with existing suppliers and new procurement sources
• active supplier management

What you bring:

• a successfully completed commercial vocational training, a Bachelor's degree in the field of economics or engineering is an advantage
• at least 3-5 years of practical professional experience in the field of purchasing, disposition and/or procurement, preferably in an international environment
• willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 2 x 3 weeks per year), especially in the Asian region
• confident handling of MS-Office products, SAP S4 HANA knowledge is an advantage
• good to very good English skills
• a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• negotiation skills, analytical ability, team spirit, initiative, professional appearance, assertiveness and loyalty
