For our headquarters in Neuenstadt near Heilbronn, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Product Manager (m/f/d) Chemicals starting immediately.

Your Tasks:

• Independent planning, control, and implementation of cross-departmental projects along the entire product lifecycle (Purchasing, Marketing, Sales)
• Active project controlling including monitoring of milestones, risks, and deviations, as well as deriving suitable control measures
• Presentation and introduction of projects before an international circle of participants in German and English
• Maintenance and further development of the responsible product portfolio over the entire product lifecycle
• Development of innovation and growth potentials
• Product scouting through continuous market and competitor observation, visiting trade fairs and suppliers
• Maintenance and further development of product and marketing data in the PIM system
• Development of sales documents, product, and marketing strategies nationally as well as internationally in cooperation with Marketing
• Support and training of our technical product support regarding product-technical questions

What You Bring:

• Completed training or studies in the commercial or technical field
• Initial experience in product/project management
• Passion for craftsmanship as well as a good sense for market trends and customer wishes
• Familiarity with MS-Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English skills
• High service orientation and convincing, communicative skills
• Team spirit, initiative, professional appearance, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
