Job Description:

DEPARTMENT PROJECT

Within the PTEM Office, staff implement all IT and multimedia means to support, within their field of competence, the various activities of ISAE-SUPAERO, particularly the teaching and research sectors. The monitoring, maintenance, and evolution of these resources are the responsibility of each member of the office, drawing on technical knowledge of workstation and multimedia activities, thus allowing for continuous skill development/upgrading.

MISSIONS RELATED TO THE POST

• Implement, configure, operate, and maintain hardware and software made available to the Institute's users. Support (different levels according to specialties) on IT workstations (MAC, PC, Linux, Android and monitoring evolutions. Participate in the industrialization of the workstation regardless of its operating system. Ensure associated user support. Contribute to occasional events and one-off interventions requiring support and/or IT resources. Technically manage elements concerning this activity - hardware, software, users, etc. Participate in design and implementation projects for tools within this scope (technical management, deployment tools, supervision, etc. Participate in the continuous improvement of the office's operation: associated processes, drafting of technical and organizational procedures, technological evolutions. Adapt, train to meet important and continuous technical and organizational evolution needs regarding this context. Participate in the pedagogical support of teaching through the provision and support of necessary multimedia means in various teaching locations (amphitheaters, classrooms, digital rooms). Provide necessary service and technology for all needs associated with ISAE multimedia (communication, teaching, research, etc.
