BMS Engineer

Temp to Perm BMS Engineer £34888-£41001

We are looking for a skilled and proactive BMS Engineer with strong Siemens experience to support the operation, maintenance and development of Building Management Systems across Coventry University. You will be responsible for planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs and system optimisation, working with Siemens Desigo CC, X Works, Modbus, M-Bus and KNX. You will also support HVAC controls, graphics, alarms, trend logs, metering and energy efficiency improvements.

About you:

• Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent electrical, heating/ventilation or controls qualification.
• Experience working with commercial or industrial BMS systems.
• Strong Siemens Desigo CC and X Works experience.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and BMS/control technologies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel to Coventry University Group campuses including Scarborough, Milton Keynes, Central London and Dagenham will be required, with occasional overnight stays.
