*Overview*
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of our property.
Within this role you will be responsible for keeping common areas such as entrances, hallways, stairwells, and other building spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently while following established cleaning standards and schedules.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of hallways, lobbies, entrances, elevators, stairwells, and other building common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors along with other surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces as required.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Respond to spills, messes, and unexpected cleaning requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist with seasonal cleaning and other building cleaning projects as required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence when interacting with residents, visitors, contractors, and staff.
*Qualifications*
- Experience in commercial, residential, hotel or building cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, consistent.
- Able to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of this position.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
