Freelance - Commercial Wrap Installer

The Wrap Shop is looking for experienced freelance commercial wrap installers for upcoming projects in Nashville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas . We specialize exclusively in commercial wrapping and graphics projects, including commercial vehicles, fleet graphics, trailers, buses, window graphics, and other large-format applications. We are seeking installers with at least 3 years of professional vinyl wrap installation experience who take pride in their workmanship, communicate professionally, and can deliver high-quality results while working under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Install commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, window graphics, and other commercial applications. Travel to onsite projects throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. Follow installation guidelines, panel layouts, and project specifications. Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and attention to detail. Communicate with The Wrap Shop's project management team regarding progress, site conditions, and installation challenges. Complete installations within established timelines, including projects with tight deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at each jobsite. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional vinyl wrap installation experience. Demonstrated experience with commercial wrap projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. Reliable, punctual, and responsive in professional communications. Willing and able to travel to onsite projects throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and make sound decisions onsite.
