Job Description

Wonderful Citrus is looking for an Accounting Claims & Receivables Supervisor to contribute to the correct management of claims and accounts receivable for our domestic and international customers, ensuring the timely resolution of discrepancies, payment follow-up, and portfolio recovery through effective communication with customers and internal teams.

This is what you will do:

• Manage and follow up on customer claims, disputes, adjustments, and returns.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding invoices, ensuring timely recovery of accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review documentation related to claims, collections, and audit requests.
• Generate and analyze aging reports to follow up on pending payments.
• Investigate payment differences, account adjustments, and credit requests.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve claims and collection pendings.
• Keep customer account information and records up to date.
• Identify improvement opportunities in claims processes and portfolio recovery.

Requirements

This is what you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP's.
• Experience in data entry, customer service, and telephone follow-up.
• Advanced English.
