Finance Assistant for Menigo in Västerås

We are looking for you who have at least a 3-year upper secondary education in economics and at least 2 years of experience in financial work with experience in investigations and reconciliations. You are a frequent user of IT systems such as the Office package, primarily Excel, accounting systems, as well as electronic invoicing systems. Knowledge of ASW550 and OPTO is meritorious. Your English skills should be good since some of our contacts are with foreign suppliers.

You work in a structured manner and are used to handling a high pace of work towards deadlines. You are a meticulous and responsible person who is good at prioritizing your work and always delivers high quality in what you do. You have a good team spirit and are perceived as easy to collaborate with. We are a service unit internally and externally, which means your preference for good communication is important.

Our office is located in fresh premises in Västerås where we are a total of 30 employees. Your role Your main tasks will be registration/interpretation/coding of supplier invoices, purchase order matching, supplier payments, handling payment reminders/claims.
