*Overview*

The Vitamin Shop is seeking a part-time Cashier available to work two shifts of 6 hours on Saturdays and Sundays at our location in downtown Victoria on Broad Street. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

*Duties*

• Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette
• Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising techniques
• Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
