MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Plant Maintenances)

About the Role Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its site engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will keep plant operations safe and reliable while building your career with strong guidance and exposure across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities •     Troubleshoot plant and process issues to keep down time to a minimum, and support incident investigations •     Lead and participate in hazard studies, process hazard reviews and risk assessments •     Drive improvements in equipment design and performance using data analysis and equipment history •     Own equipment records and documentation, and managecontractor quality and safety •     Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget and to safety and quality standards Requirements •     Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline •     Fresh graduates or 1–5 years of relevant experience •     Exposure to maintenance in a plant-based environment(chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or similar) •     Knowledge of equipment reliability, troubleshooting, SAP maintenance and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) •     Proactive, team-oriented, and able to prioritise competing demands If you would like to explore this opportunity, please email your resume in Microsoft Word format to eugene.chang@thevinesearch.com We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for a more detailed discussion.
