MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS (A&P)

About the Role Our client, a leading real estate organisation, is seeking a Manager to lead its Advertising& Promotions (A&P) team. You will formulate and implement the A&P strategy for the assigned portfolio, delivering integrated campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive commercial results. Key Responsibilities •     Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, festive activations, loyalty initiatives and tactical promotions •     Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative briefs and customer experiences aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives •     Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing executives •     Manage creative, production, PR, digital, media and event agencies, as well as campaign budgets, procurement and compliance •     Build strategic partnerships with tenants, IP owners, sponsors and other stakeholders •     Analyse campaign, shopper, CRM and loyalty data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement •     Oversee tenant communications, website, app content and social media within the assigned portfolio •     Prepare management papers and presentations, and identify new campaign concepts, partnerships and revenue opportunities Requirements •     Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related discipline •     At least 7 years’ relevant marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, shopping malls, lifestyle, tourism or destination marketing •     Proven experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns and managing external agencies •     Strong creative judgement, analytical ability and commercial negotiation skills •     Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills •     Independent, organised and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you would like to explore this opportunity, please email your resume in Microsoft Word format to eugene.chang@thevinesearch.com We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for a more detailed discussion.
